I received my hardcopy of the 130 on Monday. I have been stuck at work since then and have not been home. I am hopeful that the 129 is in the mail, I think her A number will be on it. I will call the NVC number and try to get to an actual live person to see if it is there and not logged or if we are still waiting to be sent. I have checked several aprrovals from last week and all that had updated their timelines from CSC did not show NVC In dates. The approvals from VSC were in & out in four days or less.

I have read enough in the NVC forum about mass shippings and not being updated in the auto phone that I don't know what to think. Right now it looks like we will probably be in the same shipment to New Hampshire. Still not complaining about one week delay. Beats the hell out of many people still stuck at a SC.

Looks like I will be in Hong Kong about the time you leave.

I figured sometime in August too.... that whole "MENA" thing you know??? but anyway...I think I am ready??? where's that list of everything we need again??? and how long do you have to get everything ready for VSC??? is there a time limit? I am so exicited for everyone!!!!!!!

Rajaa, i think you mean NVC, not VSC!

if both CR1 and K3 are approved together and sent to NVC together, the K3 will be out of there in a couple of days, give or take. CR1 meanwhile, stays there at NVC for 4-6 weeks.

now, if you want to pursue both, i believe you can. if you finish all of the docs for CR1 at NVC and the file was sent BEFORE your K3 interview, i think you can have your K3 interview changed to the CR1 interview.

BUT, if you just want him here ASAP, just go with the K3. and don't even bother with pursuing the CR1. disregard all notices about it from NVC when it comes to you.

hope i didn't tell you anything wrong

read Loto's guide or Jame's shortcut, Rajaa.. just type it in the search box. i don't have the link

hay thanks... the only reason why I ask is he needs me to delay until he can go back to casablanca in Jan.... I just don't know how long to drag my feet (and yes) to NVC lol.... I figure if we get the NAO2 in August and I send everthing in end of September and it takes 4 weeks in OCT they'll set up interviews in November for Dec.... but he can't get back to Casa until Jan... See where I am going?
