5/27/2008 – I-130 NOA1 (Dated 5/22/08) Received (Payment $355 Received)

5/31/2008 - Touched

9/26/2008 - Touched

1/22/2009 - Touched (Approved)

I-129F

6/09/2008 – I-129F sent

6/11/2008 – I-129F Received at USCIS (Vermont Office)

6/12/2008 – I-129F NOA 1 (Dated 6/12/08) Received (Payment Waived)

Hi all!!! Kindly add us to your list, Richard and Wilyn. We sent our I-130 last May 6, 2008. I dont know exactly when we received our notice (that they received our application). I'll inform you when once hubby arrives (he's on his way here again-6th trip to the Phils).

How do you know you have been "touched"?

May 2006 - Meet my husband

June 13, 2007 - 1st visit, getting to know more of each other

August 2, 2007 - 2nd visit, grilled by friends

August 3, 2007 - Proposed

October 5, 2007 - 3rd visit, toasted by relatives

February 23, 2008 - 4th visit, got married

March 2008 - Sent I130 to Chicago

March 2008 - Returned by Chicago due to lack of signature

April 14, 2008 - 5th visit, signed documents

May 2, 2008 - Sent I130 again to Chicago

May 6, 2008 - Received NOA1

July 3, 2008 - 6th visit

July 22, 2008 - Received RFE online

July 26, 2008 - Received RFE

July 29, 2008 - Mailed divorce papers

When you check you staus on-line the date will have changed.

CR-1 Visa

I-130 Sent : 2006-08-30

I-130 NOA1 : 2006-09-12

I-130 Approved : 2007-01-17

NVC Received : 2007-02-05

Consulate Received : 2007-06-09

Interview Date : 2007-08-16 Case sent back to USCIS

NOA case received by CSC: 2007-12-19

Receive NOIR: 2009-05-04

Sent Rebuttal: 2009-05-19

NOA rebuttal entered: 2009-06-05

Case sent back to NVC for processing: 2009-08-27

Consulate sends DS-230: 2009-11-23

Interview: 2010-02-05 result Green sheet for updated I864 and photos submit 2010-03-05

APPROVED visa pick up 2010-03-12

POE: 2010-04-20 =)

GC received: 2010-05-05

Processing

Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 140 days.

Well, my feelings for CSC are that they are great. But I was one of the exceptions who got approved way faster than normal. But they are still way faster than VSC.

I hope the sky isn't too cloudy here in Washington tonight. Me and my daughter plan on going to a park here in Frderal Way to watch the fireworks tonight.

august or september will be great...then approx 2 months to get out the NVC..hopefully an interview in Jan...wow!! that wud b a dream come true!!
