Does anyone know how to find out if the USCIS got my I-129F and is processing it.

Thanks

First of all please fill in your timeline - as we cant see which service centre you mailed your petition to and plus it is very important for calculating the statistics on this board. Secondly - if you sent a check then you can see if that has been cashed via your bank , we sent a money order and my american fiance had a way of checking to see if that was cashed. Thirdly if you sent a check then you can enquire at your bank i think to see if your case number has been written on the back of the check. If it is you can sign up on their website to see the progress of your case. https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp Again the timeline is very important please fill it in.

Thank
