Did u guys watched Oprah today? A 15 yr old filipina all the way from Pinas Charice P. She really has a very powerful voice and Oprah and the rest of the staff were amazed.

My wife turned me onto her about a week or two ago when she was on the tomboy's show. Anyway, this young woman is amazing. What's even more amazing is that her English is really choppy to be perfectly honest, but her singing is phenominal. I could tell that audience was thinking the same thing like dahamn she doesn't speak English that well but she can sing her ####### off.

i was watching oprah but guess what? i wasnt paying attention coz i dozed off to sleep. drooling too i guess... lol... dang! i didnt know somebody from phil would be there... anybody could fine a youtube for me? pls pls pls

Oh yeah, this young lady is the real deal !!! My daughter found her on youtube a month or so ago. I figured it wouldn't be long before this very talented girl would become well known. She is awsome

She was my bet during the "Little Big Star" competition. She's really got an amazing talent in singing. When she was interviewed lately, show hosts kept asking her about how true is the rumor of her making a record with two of the most popular divas in the US. But she just answered to wait and watch for the progress of her career. She's someone to be proud of for all Filipinos.

youtube is really a source if you missed something... and did you know ngayon ko lang na laman coz my mom happened to mention today about the PAPAYA DANCE CRAZE of Edu Manzano and when i checked it on youtube earlier, oh my heck how popular it is not only in phil but in the whole world too lol... gosh where am i all these months... who knows the papaya dance? i guess everybody cept me (til now) lol

hehe yup nagsearch na po ako dati sa youtube abt the performance ni charice pro preview lng po meron pro ngaun since it was already aired then mapapanood na nating ung whole performance nya..,. yup papaya is popular pro ngaun po bago na ang song sa GAME KNB ., hindi na po papaya ( just to update you ) ., i just dn't know the name of their new song

Youre right Ronmay, i first watched charice on youtube when she was on Ellen show i guess that was her first US tv appearance. Papaya Dance,i know a little bit of that just the song not the dancing stuff. I CANT DANCE..

It's a shame though that, it takes foreigners (thru Internet) to really notice her talent. When she was in Little Big Star, she only bagged the third place. As you know, this talent show based its results on text votes (like the most).
