I just started work Jan 2008 after graduating last year, and I never had a tax return before, how is it going to work with the embassy? Is it ok to just submit pay stubs?

Spoke with NVC guy who said the visa will be refused because I did not work before or have tax returns!!!!!!!!!!

Please help

My husband was in the same situation. He used a co-sponsor and my visa was approved. He attached an explanation of unemployment letter and he attached school's records as a proof that he was studying. You won't have problems. If you have a job you can attach the employment letter and the paystubs. Good luck.
