DS-230 question and Support also for K3

I know I have a ways to go, but I want to be prepared.

1.) On the DS-230 question #22-for employment, do you have to be specific like the G-325A? Do you need to write the complete address of the employers or just the city and country like in the places lived in Question #20?

2.) Police Certificates - Do they need to be Apostiled or Leagalized, or just a legal certified copy from the place that issues them?

3.) Also, my wife has lived in Buenos Aires for the past 6 years, but is from Peru. The Us Embassy website in Buenos Aires says that you need a police certificate (Certificado de Antecedentes) for buenos Aires and a clearance certificate for each country lived in for more than a year. This is clear, but the US embassy in Lima, Peru requires 3 different certificates: Police Certificate (Certificado Policial), a national record of prior sentences served (Certificado de Antecedentes Penales) and a national record of prior court appearances (Antecedentes Judiciales a Nivel Nacional). Now, my question is, for the Buenos Aires Embassy, would she need to get all three of these certificates or just the one Police Cretificate? I was thinking of telling her to have her father get all three just to be safe, but is this really needed?

4.) For the K3, what form is needed for support? I-134 or I-864? I have heard that I-864 is only for AOS in the US, but I have also heard that the I-134 is only for K1.
