I think i'm loosing it :unsure: I'm trying to find the NEW FASTEST NVC PROCESS FINAL VERSION 1.5 guide but cant figure out where to download it from? I looked on the first post and searched on VJ hoping to find it but :help: i'm still lost.... can someone help me by giving me a link to where this guide can be found? :blush: My brain is mush! :bonk::rofl:

Here is the final draft of the NVC document. I have added the NVC's crazy RFE message too here. I encourage everybody to use this version 1.5 and discard all my previous versions.

If you follow this path, you can get out of NVC in one month time :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

2/21/2008 INS received the package (Express Mail)

2/28/2008 Check cashed by NVC

3/3/2008 I130- Received hard copy of NOA1 dated 2/27/08

NVC

9/16/2008 Received by NVC and assigned case #

9/17/2008 Emailed DS3032

9/19/2008 NVC generated DS3032 and AOS

9/22/2008 Mailed DS3032 (overnight)

9/23/2008 DS3032 Delivered to NVC accepted by R. Austin

9/24/2008 Received IIN# by a really cranky rep who didn't had her coffee yet....

9/24/2008 DS3032 accepted

9/24/2008 IV Bill Generated

9/24/2008 Paid AOS & IV online

9/25/2008 AOS marked "Paid"

9/25/2008 Mailed AOS Package (overnight)

9/26/2008 IV marked "Paid"

9/27/2008 IV Mailed

10/2/2008 NVC completed AOS package and IV package entered and being reviewed..

3.27.8 - I-130 sent to VSC (The journey began)

4.7.8 - NOA1 hard copy received

11.10.8 - touched!!!! case transfered to CSC (Dated 11.5.8)

11.11.8 - touched!!!!

11.12.8 - touched again!!!

11.13.8 - touched again...:)

01.06.9 - touched.....first touch of 2009

01.07.9 - touched ..... looks like I'm close

01.08.9 - NOA2 Approval notice email received.....:)

01.13.9 - NOA2 hard copy received

01.14.09 - case number assigned by NVC

01.20.09 - NVC sent out DS-3032 and AOS fee bill

01.21.09 - Sent DS-3032 VIA email

01.23.09 - Received AOS Fee bill & DS-3032

01.23.09 - Paid AOS fee via online payment system

01.26.09 - AOS fee bill shows paid

01.27.09 - DS-3032 email accepted by NVC

01.29.09 - IV Fee bill generated

02.05.09 - IV Fee bill received in mail

02.05.09 - IV Fee bill paid Via Online payment

04.22.09 - NVC automated system says CASE COMPLETE.....Finally!!!!!!!!

04.23.09 - email received - interview scheduled june 30th!!!!

06.30.09 - Interview passed!!!!!!! finally its over

07.06.09 - Passport pickup from AMEX

08.18.09 - POE.....NY....JFK

09.12.09 - Received Alien card in mail.

7-29-11 Finally had to say good bye and leave the Philippines after 6 months

8-18-11 Submitted CR-1 pkg to visa service agency

9-9-11 After a thorough review and obtaining additional docs, finally mailed our pkg to USCIS.

9-12-11 NOA1 received

3-14-12 USCIS approved our I-130

3-17-12 NOA2 received

NVC:

3-19-12 Package acknowledged by NVC.

4-3-12 NVC enters our package into their system and generates our case#

4-4-12 AOS pmt made

Manila Embassy

4-9-12 Petition US Embassy Manila to expedite since I will be in country

5-23-12 Interview at US Embassy - approved

5-31-12 Visa in Hand

6-6-12 Len Arrives!!!!! in the US via Chicago to Houston

- April 4, 2012, received NOA 2, move to NVC
- May 15, 2012, Case Number assigned!
- May 16, 2012, I 864 Bill paid
- May 19, 2012, Emailed DS 3032 to NVC
- May 24, 2012, Returned Completed DS 3032
- May 24, 2012, Received IV Bill
- May 24, 2012, Paid IV Bill
- May 31, 2012, AOS package SENT
- June 14, 2012, Package IV SENT
- June 26, 2012, CASE COMPLETED! 1 month, 1 week and 4 days since NVC received
- August 2, 2012, Interview, PASSED smile.png

- October 18, 2014: arrived in the US :)
