New Fastest NVC Process Final Version - 1.5

Loto,I called early this morning to check an update on DS-230 review completion. NVC operator mentioned. "the review has been done but case is not complete yet." What does that mean ?? What do they check now.. my thinking is while working on case completion is it means that they are working to get a interview date. How long it takes before the case is complete ??Good Luck for your wife's interview.. Only few more long hours remainning..Bani

Bani Normally, after getting DS-230, they will complete review in a week, then another week to complete the case, then another 7 to 10 days to forward the case

Bani Normally, after getting DS-230, they will complete review in a week, then another week to complete the case, then another 7 to 10 days to forward the case

Thanks a lot.... I am very much thankful to you.. i really hopeing that my case should be completed by next week..I want to be in the August interview list for sure... My fingers are crossed.. Now let's see.. almost everything is in NVC hands..

I just called again today 2nd time, and they said to call back next week for update on my case and asked about DS 3032,and they are telling me, it takes them 10-15 days to process it.

I guess Its waiting game for me now.

I send the NVC the hard copy of DS 3032 by overnight mail yesterday and it was received today NVC. Now I am waiting to, see how will it take them to approve the DS-3032 and my DS 230 is on the way from India by DHL which should arrive by monday.

That's Good.. So you are all set.. I mailed the hard copy of DS-3032 and it was upadate within 3 or 4 days, i cann't remember sure.. Good Luck..

Well According to you it will take 3-4 days to DS 3032 to get approved. Hope so it would get approved by next week. I just checked the NVC automated system still says awaiting the return of DS 3032 and I-864 still under review process ( 8 days and counting) as of today, according to NVC operator.

I would like add one more thing.

As I said before I had send the DS-3032 by email on 6-18, as of today no response from NVC, and second email on 6-23, as of today no response from NVC, and third email on 6-25, as of today no response from NVC and a Hard copy received by NVC on 7-2.

Now I am thinking that NVC is actually behind on processing the DS 3032 due to high volume of application. As I have not received any response to my three emails as of 7-2.

Not Invoiced as today..

and I did talk to someone at NVC, as this operator was really helpful as she put me on hold for couple of minutes to see what going on with my DS-3032 and she said to call back next wednesday as it mark 3 weeks since I emailed my DS 3032, and then only they can do something about this matter, and by that time I hopping to get the answer for DS-3032 as I had mailed a hard copy this week,

and one question. how long did it take for you to get ds 3032 to get approved.

If I recollect, I emailed on 04/30/2008 and 05/07/2008 or 05/08/2008 it was accepted. Also, I had mailed (express mail) the same on May 1st or 2nd... Hope this helps out, Chintan
