How long does it take for them to invoice the AOS? They received my petition on Friday June 06. I check every day, but still says Not invoiced.

Also, do you have to wait until you pay the AOS to send the e-mail for Choice of Agent or can I send it now?

You must wait until your AOS says paid(if paid online)... then you can send the email for the Choice of Agent. If you send it before time, there will be no response and then won't acknowledge... I know because I did it early.

xuemei and Steve, let me clarify. You can email DS-3032 when AOS says "INVOICED". PAID status will come after 2 days of the payment. So, you can save those 2 days by emailing DS-3032 when AOS is Invoiced. Those 2 days are precious, since IV fee bill and DS-230 package are dependent on DS-3032.

To get AOS invoiced, it takes 7 to 10 calendar days. So, you can expect it between June 13 and 16

Thanks alot, as soon as mine is invoiced, I will send the payment and the e-mail. Because, for me, the days are very important because I am racing my K3 process.

I send the I-130 receipt notice and the approval notice to my husband and also the requesting letter to give to a administrative guy so they can issue him a passport office police clearance certificate. But still they are on their same answer ,"we need appointment letter from the consulate" before we can do anything.. My husband tried to explain them, showed all the documents and also took print outs that says "submit all your original documents to NVC first, than will process further. Also talked to many passport agents.. but all of them at first, ask the same question "do you have appointment letter or call letterfrom the consulate to process your request?? I am from Gujarat state, so our Regional passport is in Ahmedabad.. He applied for his local district police clearance which he will get a weak time.. (which i am worried abt now) since 6 months of time will end in july...so right now i just passport office police clearance.

Is anybody's spouse is having this same issue.. please let me know.. how to resolve this.. any suggestions or any comments.. Days are running out and still no luck in getting that original document..

It was my case. My wife filled an application form at Passport Office for PCC and paid Rs.300 with her passport. There was no further question. Passport office in India should have at least same procedures.

Now he can call Mumbai U.S consulate and get a letter from stating that NVC collects PCC, not the consulate, since Consulates in India are appointment posts. Earlier this was not the case. He can proceed with the PP office with that. First let him contact VFS office, probably they may be able to help him out

I don't think there are same prodedures. Because nobody is responding the right way and also nobody is trying help or guide us in this suitation.. (refering people who at Passport office) he tried at VFS office too.. but let me e-mail from my side to Mumbai U.S. consulate and i will tell him to call Mumbai U.S. consulate as well tomorrow.. Let's see how it goes from there.. I hope some good news comes out..

They should have done by DHL or so to at least to the beneficiary

Once I get my copy, I am sending it to her by Global Express Mail Guaranteed. I encourage everybody to do so, if your beneficiary has not received it.

Hi you guys,

Can you tell me is there any email address to contact IRS, I did search irs.gov but didn't get any, only phone numbers.

The thing is my husband hasn't yet got his tax transcripts and he has been calling irs every day for the last one week, from around 4:30 pm to 5:30pm adn he hasn't get got the line still, so if there is any email address it would be much easier, also we have to get the last 2 years of tax transcripts of our joint sponsor, he(joint sponsor) does have this year of tax trascript with him.

Or if you guys can tell me what will be the right time to call IRS, my husband can't really call from work but still he can try.
