I wasn't going to make this a GW thread. But now that you mention it I doubt that cold weather is a symptom of GW. Get used to it. GW has reversed. We are now getting colder. This has been the trend for almost 10 years now. Everything that has happened in the last 100 years is entirely natural.

Reversed or is there greater heat trapping in the oceans because of rising temperatures to trap?

Somehow I still don't think we quite understand the relationship between cause and effect here.

I'm not sure but I think it has to do with simple scientific experimentation and our ability to make sound conclusions that are in line with what we are trying to say. Other than that a thread search is available for those that want to read that info.
