i was engaged about 1 1/2 yrs ago to a girl from the philippines. i sent in the i-129 paperwork but soon after we broke up due to trust issues i had with her. i recieved the first noa and the approval of the visa. she never attended the interview and we were ofcourse never married. after i recieved the approval i sent a letter of my intent to withdrawal the application to the embassy in manila and to the uscis in vermont where my visa was processed.

since then i have married my true love from the philippines (go figure:). now i will be sending in a 130 spousal visa package here soon. i am wondering if the previous 129-f package for my ex-fiance will be an issue for us to have our 130 spousal visa approved in a timely manner. anyways, i will explain to them in a letter in the 130 package what happened, but im just curious if anyone has ever expirienced this before? please send me any advice and/or personal stories, thanks!

Should be no problem at all. For the record though, it's a petition you had approved and are now filing. When the petition is approved, your wife can apply for a visa in Manila. The "visa" is only approved at the visa interview.
