when I sent in my wifes I 485 I also sent in a copy of my wife's vaccanations for her medical she had done in dec. do i need to due an I693 OR am i all set the shots are good for 1yr.

Since she came here under the K1, all she needs is the vaccination sheet for the AOS.

I disagree with this assertion. Your S.O. either needs additional vaccinations (supplememtal) or not. If not then you should be good to go.

This is not a "roll of the dice". Those that have been RFE'd more than likely had delinquencies in their vaccination record requiring a I-693A supplement. If you can determine if all vaccinations have been given and no others are required then I wouldn't worry about it.
