This is what I LOVE about VJ!

What a supportive community! I just paid my AOS online and have the IN PROCESS status. I'm glad loto asked the question about the RFE cuz I'm sure I'll end up getting the same RFE like so many others did ...

I'm so happy to see this kind of response that I feel compelled to thank you all on loto's behalf also because of how much you all care and try to console and comfort one another! :)

I don't have the problem yet, but we're all used to having some problems along the way ;)

Fingers crossed for everyone that things go smoothly -- and thanks to loto again for the golden nugget of information about online payment!

I just called NVC live operator to confirm the "missing and incomplete voice message". She told me it is because my IV fee bill was not generated and the subsequent generation of DS-230 form.

I was actually thanking you guys in VJ because of your perfect answer :star::star::star: Thank you guys and I am on the way now :thumbs:

I think this would be useful for all those who are following me. So don't get panic with this message :star: Let me update the "New Fastest NVC Process" and post it before my vacation.

NVC cannot be in line with "New Fastest NVC Process" speed, that's why this scary message, so enjoy guys :thumbs::star:

So does this mean that my I-864 hasn't been registered yet since I didn't get this message???? :unsure: ....I sent my I-864 since April 30...and now my AVR says "NVC is awaiting the biographic forms from the petitioner"...It was received on friday...Does this mean no one is currently looking at my files yet...I was hoping to get a case complete this week so I can get an early interview date since its still within the two week frame...... :innocent:

Jgay80, When did NVC enter your I-864 on their system. After entry, they will do the review. Mine was entered on 05/05/2008. Hope this helps out :thumbs:

Yes, I saw your timeline. In your case, they have alll info except your IV package entry. So, you're in final phase...

Thanks loto...just got off the phone with them...they told me they received my I864 on May 2nd....so it takes about 2 days from it was delivered to them for them to enter it into the system...so my DS230 was delivered on Friday...so hopefully they enter that into the system by Tues...and hopefully i get a case complete by Wednes - Thurs.... :blush: ...I can't wait until this whole thing is over....... :whistle:

There are 4 phases when you submit your package to NVC:

1) You mail it

2) NVC Receives it

3) NVC Enters it into their system

4) NVC Reviews it

So, just the delivery doesn't mean it is being accepted.
