My kids got the first "touch on their I-129 at the CSC on May 6th. Later that night we got the approval email. We are waiting for the mail man... Everyone is excited! At least we can see a ray of light. The I-130 was touched on the 9th, so we will wait and see what this week brings. There had been no previous touches.

Hope this helps. I see you are at Vermont, though.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seems like USCIS is not updating their status line, Ive heard many get mail copy of approval with no emails or status updates. Im happy, I hope to see hard copy approval in my mail box too very soon. Did you have any touches right before the approval?????

Of course you do? however you wont have the same date as for the K3 appt. Just follow all of the steps you need to get your CR1 out of the NVC and onto the Consulates interview list.
