hi everyone i'm in so much pain right now forigve me if this seems emotionless. basically my fiancee has left me saying the marriage is off. my i=i-94 expires at the end of june. i am praying she will change her mind before then and marry me. but if not, i'm pretty certain there isn't. is there any kind of waiver i can apply for or anything that could give me legal presence without marriage, even just temp? the reason is i want to stay in the hope she'll eventually change her mind because i love her so much. or basically, if im not married and in the country when my k1 expires, i'm done for.?

thanks in advance

sorry to hear that but there are not temp that I know of.......you have to either marry or leave within the 90 days or violate the visa requirements......

like the saying goes...you can't make a horse drink

good luck

You're from England..... go home and come back on the VWP.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

I concur with n@W. Sorry to hear things went bad for you. Even marrying another USC will not allow you to remain here. It may not be any consolation for you right now, but I always believe that things happen for a reason. Learn from this, and I know that somewhere down the road you will find that one true love. Best of Luck to you...

Yes, I'm afraid that is actually your only legal option. Actually, you don't have to go home, just leave the US. A trip to Canada (or Mexico or Bahamas etc. if closer) and back will do the trick and buy you some time but make sure they stamp your passport both ways.
