I-130 - Lost Certificate of Naturalization, Can I use a copy of the passport?

I am filling the i-130, but do not know what to fill on the "Naturalization. Give certificate number and date and place of issuance" once I do not have this document anymore. I became natural of the United States during my teens - a long time ago. I am aware that I can get a copy from the USCIS, but it may take up to a whole year.

Can I use a copy of my passport instead? And what do I write on that field?

Has anyone gone through this process?

Thanks,

A copy of all pages of your passport will do. For te I-130 use "unknown" for anything unknown.
