hello guys!

I need help - and not sure if any of you was in my shoes before.

I am a green card holder and my husband is a citizen. We have 1.5 years old girl. My mom has tourist visa and she is here in usa. on may 25th we are planning to send our baby with my mom to poland for vacations ( i know some people will tell me that its crazy because she is small etc tec. BUT i want her to meet her polish family and most important my dad (her grandfother)

Long story short- can someone tell me what documents I need in order to send her there ? I know we need notary stamped paper with both mine and my husbands agrement for her to leave country. (oh just so its straight - little one has american passport)

Please if any of you have adwise on that - please email here on private. Thank you so much and i hope to hear from you!

My cousing did the same with her daughter and her grandmother needed to leave and re-enter the US was a signed, notorized statement saying they were giving the grandmother permission to travel with the child. The other times when the grandmother couldn't make the trip they had a flight attendant take care of the child. You can call your airline for more information.

Just the signed and notarized letter by both parents is all you really need. I've taken siblings back and forth and I'm an F1 student. Especially since it's her grandmother/family relative it should be no issue.
