no NOA1 yet... is it normal??

i sent a question in the same topic a week ago... no progress!!

well, we sent our I-130 package (K-3) to Texas on the 17th of april. we got the UPS delivery confirmation after 3 days. the check was cashed on May 2nd... but no NOA1 letter till now

it's been 3 weeks since we sent our package, we are worried... is it normal that we haven't get the NOA letter yet? should we call them? will we use our UPS number as a reference when we'll call them??

I-130 is for CR1/IR1 and not K-3. Texas will forward your I-130 to California , since your check was cashed on 05-02-06 I assumed that you will get your NOA-1 some time this week. Hi Najia,

I sent our K1 pkg to TSC on April 24 and just recieved NOA1 yesterday (from CSC). The notice was dated May 2, but I didn't recieve until May 6. I also had been checking my bank acct online daily and the check didn't clear until May 6 also. If your check has cleared now, it's likely you should recieve the notice in the mail any day now. If it doesn't come by mid-week, I'd call USCIS customer service to clarify the issue. If they cashed your check, something should be happening and you should have been notified.

You're doing K3, I'm doing K1, but still, you should be notified, I would assume. Good luck!
