No, it's not a 'lot'. But picture this.....

You get your wages, with health insurance premiums and all taxes withheld.

You pay your mortgage and your car payment. You pay the one credit bill you owe (not the minimum payment but you can't pay off the full balance). You pay all your utilitiy bills. You put back some for real estate taxes, homeowners insurance and auto insurance. You buy monthly medications. You put a little in savings.

After you have done all that, you have $800 to $900 to last the entire month. That's about $225 per week to buy gasoline, buy groceries, go out to a movie, buy a pair of shoes, etc.

Would you mind then if gasoline prices were taking an extra $15 bucks from you at the pump?

Thanks for taking the time to explain this to me - sometimes I feel a little detached from reality.

Sure, why not - though I think Becca's doing alright - Marilyn was the one who complained.

I wish I could buy stuff... I need some new clothes so bad.. and some new bras and stuff :P but eating is more important...

I'll send you my "old" ones. They've probably been worn like 20-30 times. You'll just have to make the cups a lot bigger

You can send me some $20s too cos I want another shopping spree this week. Thanks

LOL Amber - you're a high maintenance gal.

I'm sooooooooo not. I just like stuff :P

If I'm high maintenance, so are you! So take THAT! :P
