I am actualy at work right now and I just received a call from my wife's sister stating that my wife has just been approved for her VISA!!!!!!!!...so I am fliying to Peru on May 16, 2008 and coming back with my lovely wife on May 20th!!!!!!!!!

I am so excited!!!! thank you God and thank you everybody here for all the information that it was provided...again thank you and God Bless.

congrats, when did you file?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Can I ask your a K1 filer filed in March approved in April but you got Senator involved, why??????

Many K3 and CR-1 have tried that , married couples, and with no luck. How did a K1 get congressman involved, and why??? So many filed before you, and we are pulling our hair out for no approvals , only seems like" Honey Bunnies "K1 are being processed.
