Thanks for posting this Steven. Indeed, it is effed up. Our agricultural ways are not even comparable to agroindustrial production type. Children working the fields has always been part of family dynamics in the rural areas - much more so in the case of girls. Sadly enough, parents actually believe there is not much to gain by educating their female offspring
