How can Vermont claim to be up to October for I129Fs when they've only approved 2 of them in the recent past? Where did they get this date?

They are clearly doing I-130s associated w/K-3 apps.

Vermont is clearly, clearly, clearly on drugs and lying through their teeth about what they are doing.

The ombudsman is useless. Where is the accountability here?

I agree with you because I am in the same boat. Filed I129F on Sept. 7, 2007 they say they are on Oct. which may be the case since I received a RFE in April. Still waiting on approval.

I'm not a K- filer but I'm watching Vermont in disbelief. In any other industry, if you fake records and don't follow your own procedures, you get cited by someone -- FDA, OSHA, DEP, etc. So who has oversight over the government when they don't do honest disclosure or follow their own procedures or statements?

I'm dusting off my pitchfork and torch and heading up there Memorial Day weekend. Oh sure, I'll be shouting, "She's a witch!" just because that's what you do, but they'll know what I'm really going on about.

I'm afraid they won't even process the k3 at this point and will go ahead with the k1 delaying me even more!

As you can see by my timeline.......i f%$#ing filed in July and I'm really angry.

Apparently my case is with an adjudicator.....i have never received a RFE........and got touched 4-29 and 4-30 on the I130 but none on the I129F.

What the hell is going on there?!?!?!?!?!

I really wish somehow a suit could be filed against them, but they seem to be able to do whatever they want.

Lets see.

"WAIT" is a word I just can't deal with anymore.

Bless

Agreed July is worst than than Sept but somehow it does not make me feel any better. Someone mentioned to on the site that after their RFE they got approval at Vermont in 14 days. Somehow I think with my luck I am waiting the full 60 and having to file a complaint, once again. Last time I inquired the next day they sent me an RFE. Delaying tactic??? Or are they really trying to process?
