DS230 Part 2 ???

Hi Everyone, Just a random question here (and it could be a stupid one)... but what the heck is supposed to happen with the 2nd part of the DS230 form?

Have I missed something? I've sent the first part off like it says, and it still doesn't tell me anywhere what to do with the other part. Am I supposed to take it with me, or send it in the packet 3?

Any info would be appreciated.

Fill it out (do not sign it) and take it with you to the interview. If they need it they will ask for it.
