I'm not sure about some issues so if some of you know for sure the answer it would be very much appreciated:

For appointment post consulates does NVC schedules the interview?? Do they do this right after Case is completed or does this happen in the second week of each month and the date is scheduled for the very next month??

For appointment posts is package 4 sent by NVC or local consulates ???

Thanks

I wish I could give you an answer but the only information that i have been able to see about the recent Brazil activity has been for the K3 visa . I dont want to say what happens because they might have different ways of making the appointment for different filers. From what I do know , the consulate does send out packet 4 and for the K3 visa all cases leaving nvc with in the next week or so will be scheduled for the end of July.

Well, by your answer it does make sense what I've heard since cases leaving NVC next week or so will only be excheduled for the end of July and not for the very next month June, right??

Thank you very much for your input, it makes sense for me and it's good enough for me to have a July interview.

Good Luck to you 000!!!

Thanks, I think I will need it, still no touches so it looks like it could be a long journey for me.

Well, I think you'll have the benefit of their new online payment system that many filers including me didn't have since it's been working for just a month now I believe. This system makes you able to pay the AOF (Affidavit of Support) and de IV fee bill online which saves you a lot of time since it instantly enters NVC's system and you also save the mail time frame which for NVC takes 3 to 4 weeks every time, so I believe you'll be saving 2 months or even more using this new online payment system.

Here is the link to the page from where you may effect those payments.
