NOA1 QUESTION

Hey everyone hope ya'll are all doing well tonight. We were curious about the NOA1. The Vermont Service Center signed for our i-129F packet on February 25th or there abouts. We haven't received the NOA1 via mail or email. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem or know of any delays in the process. We were just concerned 1. because this is a nightmare and 2. we were looking at some timelines on here from others and the 8 - 10 days has past. I know patience is a virtue but as we all know this is definitely a hard time. Thanx much in advance.

Did you pay by personal check ? If you did you can get the case number off the back . It should start with something like EAC . You can use that to set up to watch status online and it will even make it easier to talk to USCIS on the phone

unfortunately I payed with a money order since my house taxes were due at the same time I wanted to make sure they got their money lol

I just realized that i should not post when I am tired and I haven't completely figured out this site to edit my original post lol they received the I-129F packet April 25th not February

Oh well then...I would be a little more patient. At least give them one month until NOA 1 gets to you via snail mail. Before that there is not much you can do but I'm sure you'll get that letter soon. Good luck.
