Thats why I think this will be decided in the courts. Neither side will give.

Thats why I think this will be decided in the courts. Neither side will give.

I don't think courts have much juristiction in this matter. This is the primary, where the rules are set by the party. And to some extent the states when it comes to holding a primary.

If this were the general election, then the courts could intervene as the rules are set by the federal goverment.
