Hello.

I am an October 2007 filer still waiting for NOA2.

When my fiancee called CSC yesterday, we were told that we have RFE.....

(He was told that our file is back from security check and is with an adjudicator.)

However, the case status on the website still says "Case Received and Pending."

My fiancee has not received e-mail notice or actual REF letter....

So, how are we informed of RFE?

We are totally confused.....

Your case status online should change to "We sent you a request for additional evidence" or soemthing like that and your fiance should get a letter in the mail outlining exactly what USCIS wants.

Hi ZeeNusah.

Thanks for your reply.

I guess out case status has not been changed since RFE is not sent out yet.

I hope they send it out soon.

Thanks

Nao

FYI: Sometimes the case status will not change but you will get the RFE in the mail. It can be inaccurate at times.
