I am December filer and I received my NOA2 in mail today. The online status totally sucked as it did not update and I never received any e-mail noticing me. I filed for CR-1 only, no K-3.

I-130 sent: 12/30/2007

VSC received: 12/31/2007

NOA1 generated:2/6/2008

Sole "Touch": 5/5/2008 (it's actually an update for approval)

NOA2 generated: 5/2/2008

NOA2 received in mail: 5/8/2008 (no prior e-mail notice)

Wow!! Congratulations!! Hope this means that more are coming soon!! I agree there online system sucks!! I'm still waiting for mine. No touchy yet.. Tic toc, tic toc, tic toc... USCIS is waring off the clock!!!

Many of us Feb. and March filers from VSC got the 2 touches...

While there are so many Dec. and Jan. filers still not approved it is unrealistic that they will approve us before them. Let alone the filers from last Fall who are still waiting.

I believe the two touches may signify just some step-up in the process...
