My wife's case was transfered to CSC. Now, I've seen alot of posts about this, and most of which hinted that after the transfered a decision is make in as little as 2 months w/o interview. I'm sure this has been ask many times already but if I can get a definative repsonse I'd really appreciate. Will this transfer speed up her case? and if so, is the timeframes usually about 2 months? Am i correct in that most transferred case didn't require an interview? I acutally don't care about the interview but the 2 month completion timeframe would be great news. Thanks in advance.

CSC Transferred cases are being ajudicated faster ..... yes, around 2 to 3 months. People are typically transferred to CSC if all appears normal and that an interview may not be required. This DOES NOT mean that you have smooth sailing as many folks are also getting RFE's from the CSC.

08/19/08: USPS attempted delivery

08/20/08: TSC received N400

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

09/02/08: Received Biometrics Notification

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!
