did the biometrics and i already have my workerlicense wich gona expires this year.My question is how come it says on the I-751 that that i would have to pay 465$ plus 80$ for the biometrics...how come i gotta do the biometrics again when i done already did it last year??

You have to file for removal of conditions 90 days before the expiration date on your Green Card, and yes you do have to have your fingerprints taken again, because they are not kept on file indefinately.
