To be honest thats not a bad number by the way things are going. Their posted times for processing the I -130 is 270 - 300 days, the average that this website has is 195 days I think, but you have to keep in mind that it also factors certain cases that were done faster based on location (Iraq) or other reasons that would allow your case to be processed faster. It is really something that no one has an answer to right now, some people are done with in 3-4 months others 8-10. Until USCIS figures out what they are doing then pretty much you will be like the rest of us, wondering when our pettition will be approved or even looked at. I wish you good luck and my you be one of the ones that gets an approval way ahead of your time or atleast within 6 months. I would not wish the pain that USCIS causes to anyone.

Sorry the average posted on this website is 188 days*

000,

Tell me something, the 188 days average is that for CR-1 petitions ????, or K3 files( 1-130 + I-129F petitions)??????

Still no matter what petition it is, its way tooooooooo long.

Hang in there, it will come.

Thank-you!!

Average is 81 days for K3 visa but i think that has a lot to do with the fact that a lot of people had to wait 2-3 months for a NOA1 to file for the K3 as I am sure the numbers are based on NOA2 date for the I-129f. I have seen way to many 5-6 month wait from I130 - NOA2 on I 130 and I 129f just because they had to wait 2-3 months for the NOA1 on from the I-130 on this forum. Check out some of the signatures from the other K3 filers.
