IV bill & AOS bill generation

How do you know if your AOS bill and/or IV bill has been generated? Do you need to speak to an operator (they didn't tell me anything) or does the automated line tell you? My message is still "...please wait 4 to 6 weeks for your LAWYER to receive info..." I used a lawyer to file and so it looks like I get to skip the DS-3032 step (according to my lawyer and the NVC operator).

NOA1 --- May 4, 2007

Notice Date --- April 18, 2007

Upgraded (USC) --- Dec 21, 2007 (Infopass says this is my new NOA1 date)

Acknowledged --- Dec 26, 2007

Touched --- Jan 16, 2008

Service Request --- Feb 5, 2008 (received letter saying another 60 days to go)

Infopass --- April 16, 2008 (same answer as above)

NOA2 --- April 23, 2008

The automated message will change and say something like "The AOS Bill has been generated". If still in doubt you can speak to a live rep and he/she should be able to tell you if it has been generated.
