hello everyone , im getting ready everything ready to send in packet but i have few questions

first let me start by giving u a run down of my situation would be nice if someone who has filed

like i have .. my husband and i met 10 yrs ago on yahoo .. yea yea i know crazy huh ..lol

well we met here in usa and he went back after a great 2 weeks we stayed in touch over the years and

started dating again 2yrs ago well he came over for a visit and was suppose to go back after 2 weeks but

we ended up getting married so made the scarey choice for him to stay and file aos. this has been a long

and scarey process but he has overstayed his i94 and i dont want to delay this hoping that we wont be in trouble

i need to send in my packet and i am wondering what the cover letter should be . do i explain situation or jus write

what is in packet ? hopefully i have enough evidence , if anyone has had simular situation plz advise what

Your cover letter just needs to list what is included in your package, no need for any explanations at this stage.

Good luck.

I am in the same situation like you and I only send a letter stating what the package contained as well as documents showing our bona-fide relationship. They will know what your situation is (adjusting from VWP) by looking at your forms.

The questions about your personal situation will come up at the interview (if they do at all).

Good luck with it!!!

Mind the typos... I meant that I sent a covering letter stating all the contents of the package, alongside the relevant forms as well as documents verifying our bona-fine relationship. This is not really necessary but I thought it would not hurt.
