hey everyone, my wife and I didnt understand how to file the ds230 , everything was good but when we get in the questions about the "father and mother" and " sons&daughter" we didnt understand it!!! which one of us should put the name of his parents and children me or her??? she is the petitioner and its me who should file it but when we get in this questions we stoped because they give no infos about this " all what they say everyone accompaging me should file with me" we are very confused plzz helppppp

DS230 is information for the beneficiary/applicant in this case, not the petitioner. All informations needs to be given for the applicant.

Right, the foreigner is the one applying for a visa. The US Citizen files no "applications". The I-130 is a "petition".

Right, the foreigner is the one applying for a visa. The US Citizen files no "applications". The I-130 is a "petition".

all the question asked on ds230 re related to beneficiary. except where thye ask for the petitioner's name, DOB, address, and job
