My husband has his interview for K3 next month in Mexico. We have not received the interview packet yet. I was wondering if anybody here knows the exact stuff that will be needed on the interview. The CDJ consulate website has a checklist but I do not know how current it is. Help please.

Well, it's very usual that this occur. In Mexico the packet 3 hardly ever arrived but if you as petitioner will receive the packet 3 in USA your husband can go with this packet. The information in the embassy website is accurate at least when I checked the information for my K1 visa. The only thing that wasn't there is the affidavit of support (I134). Good luck

Yes, I agree with Malego. My husband just had the interview on March 3rd. and we used the information on the Juarez website. The packet includes the exact same thing that's on the Juarez website, oh and you also get a list of items you can't take to your interview, like cell phones and cameras...etc. The only valuable thing in the packet would be the interview letter. Just be a little more patient, you will get it. You should ask the Juarez embasy on the date in which they sent it...you will usually get it 2 to 3 weeks after (in the US).

My husband did receive the packet in Mexico, but ONE day before the interview...a little too late, cause we were already in Juarez.

Good luck.
