DO I have to type??

Do I have to type on the forms we needed or can I use a black or blue pen to fill them out

On the example forms they are typed SO do not want to mess it up!

You are back to asking that have answers clearly covered in the form instructions. If you're not going to study the instructions, you're going to make a bunch of mistakes you never thought to ask about. Calm down and read the instructions carefully. Ask questions AFTER you do that, not instead of.

and I have studied the guides however it is kind of confusing..so there for is it not better to ASK questions then to get confused??

The point is that, it is A LOT better to read the instructions on each form and guides carefully and then ask any questions that you may still have. Believe me, once you understand them and learn about the whole process you will feel at more ease and more secure about this journey you are about to start.

Read them over and over if it is necessary, once you really understand them you'll realize is not that complicated.

True! I guess we all feel that way at the begining, when we started reading and searching, but after a while once you get how it works, you realize it really isn't that complicated.

And of course, reading a lot and being able to comprehend what you read it is an asset during this process

To the OP....Everything you need to know is already on this website. There is a search bar, people have asked these questions over and over again...if you can't find the answers you need, start a new thread and we will all help you.

You really have found what I believe to be the best resource for immigrating to the U.S. based on a Fiance/Spousal visa.

Read the guides over again, keep referring to them, take a break often and just relax.

You'll get through it, thousands and thousands have before you and more will continue to start their journey even after yours is finished.
