What is up with Texas?

I sent our I-751 the 25th of April. Should I expect a NOA from them? From what I have read, there seems to be caos there. Anyone have a clue with Texas. Thank you all for your input.

Quick answer: No. Do not expect an NOA.

Just listened to USCIS say to expect an NOA up to 15 weeks after filing...

The standard recording says 15 weeks to NOA. We know that TSC is not sending them out at all. Whether they will play catch up when the broken system is fixed or not, no one knows, but it hasn't happened yet. Regardless, 15 weeks is unacceptable when greencards expire in 12 weeks.

Do not expect an NOA. There have been none automatically generated by TSC since mid January. One 'special' NOA was generated on an expedited 'derivative' applicant, but the main applicant still has not received an NOA.

Be prepared to go to your local USCIS office and obtain the I-551 stamp providing proof that you are a legal resident and extending your status for another year. You will need to make an INFOPAss appointment, bring an unexpired passport and your greencard.

I notice your local office says Baltimore . . . have you moved? I don't believe Maryland files are sent to TSC. (Which won't make much of a difference anyway as TSC isn't doing I-751s anymore - all of the files mailed there are being transferred to Vermont).
