It's actually TODAY May 7 so not belated at all!! :dancing:

I had a sweet call from my hubster - the line was actually pretty clear.. :D We then had a nice long chat - no cam since I am at work(I can IM at the front desk as long as I help any bewildered students who need assistance). My bro/roommate and I will go out and eat some Indian food tonight - gulab jamuns!!! - but the real celebration will be on the 26th when I see my Govi at the airport!!!!

Maybe you can treat yourself to a menstrual cup! (Didn't that come up in another thread?) I had my first such experience last week, and I must say, I'm impressed.

September 20, 2005: K-1 Interview in London. Visa received shortly thereafter.

AOS

December 30, 2005: I-485 received by USCIS

May 5, 2006: Interview at Phoenix district office. Approval pending FBI background check clearance. AOS finally approved almost two years later: February 14, 2008.

Received 10-year green card February 28, 2008
