Urgent:I-134 questions

Hi All

1.Can you please let me know what all documents i need to get frm my fiance to support the I-134 form.

I understnad that we need letter from bank but do we specifically need a letter written specially for this purpose or are the bank statements ok?

2.Also,for Q8 in I-134,the person dependant for support,what has to be written.My fiance has parents who are earning and no one is stayign with my finace.Waht should we write in the answer

3.In the Q9,record of previous affidavit submitted,are they asking about affidavit submitted for fiance visa?

4.What has to be written in Q10,visa petition submitted on behalf of the following person.

My finace has submitted on ly I-129 f to the USCIS and it was the forst time he did that.

What should be written in the answer.

I understnad that we need letter from bank but do we specifically need a letter written specially for this purpose or are the bank statements ok? Only if you are using assets to make up the difference to try and meet the poverty guidelines. If you qualify on income alone you should not need it. All the same, some people have not been able to get a letter from the bank and bank statements seem to be OK.

2.Also,for Q8 in I-134,the person dependant for support,what has to be written.My fiance has parents who are earning and no one is stayign with my finace.Waht should we write in the answer Then he has no dependents. He should just write "None"

3.In the Q9,record of previous affidavit submitted,are they asking about affidavit submitted for fiance visa? They are asking about previous people that your fiance has sponsored before you. If there are none say "None", if there have been people, then fill in the information.

4.What has to be written in Q10,visa petition submitted on behalf of the following person.
