how will nvc send us a notice

my case was shipped to NVC. but i would like ask something. will they send me a notice when they create an account for my case?

Yeah, they sent a letter to my fiancé (USC) when they have finally received it, letting us know that they will be forwarding our stuff to my local consulate "in one week" or so. After that, we don't hear anything again from the NVC... just Packet 3 from your consulate.

the letter is sent after they have finished the security checks on the USC fiance tho.

I'm not sure I completely understand your question, but approximately 1.5 - 2 weeks after my fiancé got the letter from NVC, I received my Packet 3 from my local consulate (Montréal). I'm not sure how long it takes for you to get your Packet 3 from Ankara, but that'll be the package you'll be on the look out for!

since the case is at NVC very limited amount of time, it shouldn't be too long before receiving the letter. Your guess is probably good, but it might be a tiny bit longer even

My fiance called the NVC last week and they said that they did not receieve our case and it will take 90 days to complete. It is already 3 weeks since we got our NOA2. I dont know what to do. Is it normal porcedure? What should i do?

If you look at everything over time you can only draw the conclusion that nothing is definite, each case is somewhat unique, and there's a general window of processing time. Where each petition fits is somewhere in that window. Then statistically there those who are super early and those who fall way outside the norm. Most everything fits in a 4 - 6 months range. What we don't know is how IMBRA will affect that 4 - 6 month norm. It'd be great if we could have some consolation. I'm afraid there isn't. All of us are wondering what's going to happen to us. It's hard to be patient or calm.
