Haha :P Not sure what he meant by saying that but looks like they are definately gonna put the radar in Czech although the majority of Czech people are against it. Maybe he wanted to move it from Czech to Slovakia :P Then we get the missiles pointed at us and hopefully noone in Russia will have a bad day and start playing around with it :P In that case I think it won´t really matter where the radar will be standing exactly if all the missiles go off :P

Is it wrong or politically incorrect to refer to the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic

collectively as "Czechoslovakia" or "former Czechoslovakia"? :unsure:

McCain again cites current events in 'Czechoslovakia'

(CNN) – For the second time in two days, John McCain has referred to current events in "Czechoslovakia" – a country that officially ceased to exist in January of 1993.

"And I regret some of the recent behavior Russia that has exhibited, and I’ll be glad to talk about that later on including reduction in oil supplies to Czechoslovakia after they agreed with us on a missile defense system, etcetera," said the presumptive Republican nominee at a New Mexico town hall Tuesday.

Is it wrong or politically incorrect to refer to the USA as "The Colonies", "The British Colonies" or "former Colonies plus a few new states"? :unsure:

If you wanna call the Czech Republic and Slovakia a collective name, you could use European Union...that might be more politically correct these days :P

McCain appeared confused about where he was for a moment Tuesday, saying, "I appreciate the hospitality of the students and faculty of West Virginia," then correcting himself to say Wake Forest as the audience laughed.

He seems to be making alot of these mistakes these days. My hat is off to all of those on the campaign trail though. I can tell you from personal experience that when you travel nonstop all of the cities start to look the same. I had to stop for a minute the other day and remember where the heII I was and I'm 42. To travel like that and actually discuss issues of substance is mind boggling to me.
