as per the form DS230 are we going to include the original copies of the required documents or just the photocopies

04/23/08----SENT I-864 FEE THRU REGULAR MAIL TO NVC (SNAIL MAIL)

04/30/08----DS3032 APPROVED EMAIL REPLIED

05/01/08----NVC RECEIVED AOS FEES

05/06/08----SENT OUT I-864 THRU JAME'S SHORTCUT (OVERNIT MAIL)

05/07/08----I-864 RECEIVED BY NVC SIGNED FOR

05/16/08----IV FEE BILL GENERATED

05/17/08----IV BILL PAID ONLINE (IN PROCESS)

Timeline

Firstly what exactly are you doing, CR-1, K-3 OR adjusting status? You posted this to K-3 forum, your profile says Adjustment of status pending, and your timeline shows midway through the NVC process for CR-1/IR-1 visa.

I will assume timeline is correct.

They can be Certified Copies.

Document Requirements

The applicant and each family member who will accompany the applicant to the United States will need to submit the following original documents or certified copies of the documents listed in this section from an appropriate authority (the issuing entity). In addition to sending the original documents or certified copies of the documents to the NVC, the applicant and each accompanying family member must submit a photocopy of the original documents or certified copies of the documents.
