Nope...i wish i did...i'm over 3 weeks waiting on a case complete...and i did not have any RFEs...they made a mistake and said I had an RFE for my birth certificate but I'm the petitioner and my birth certificate is not required...this is so unfair...I'll be so upset if i don't hear a case complete by TODAY!!!! :(:angry:

I still didn't hear a case complete...tomorrow will make 4 weeks that NVC had my documents with no progress...I have no idea why my case is taking so long to complete...like i said i had no rfe's...they gave a false rfe for my birth certificate which they do not need and still nothing...i spoke with a supervisor on friday and she said she will take care of it and she will have someone check out my case and i was hoping saturday i would hear a change...nothing...i'm so disappointed... :crying: :crying:

06.18.2008: Case Complete (So upset that it took this long 37days)

OK Guys & Gals...We are well into the 2nd week of the month. I was told by an operator that they always base interviews on embassy capacity and that my interview hasn't been scheduled yet, to call back next week. Yea, Right! Like I am going to wait till next week...LOL

Has anybody heard about their interview date?

2008 05 23 : DS 230 Entered into system by NVC

2008 06 02 : Case Complete

2008 06 12 : Case Forwarded (Embassy - Lima, Peru)

2008 06 20 : Appt Letter received

June 15, 2007 Confirmed on usps.com that VSC has received packet

June 29, 2007 Check cashed by USCIS (hey they opened my packet!)

June 30, 2007 Received NOA1

July 7, 2007 I130 touched

July 9, 2007 I130 touched

July 10, 2007 I130 touched

Aug. 24, 2007 I130 touched

Aug. 26, 2007 I130 touched (stop feeling up my husband's case and get him over here, yala!)

Oct. 1, 2007 On my way to Palestine

Oct. 5, 2007 I130 approved, transferrerd to NVC YAY!!!!

Oct. 16, 2007 Return to US, ranks one of the saddest day of my life:(

Oct. 27, 2007 Agent form/AOS bill received from NVC

Nov 1, 2007 Overnighted AOS payment to NVC

Nov. 29, 2007 Received AOS form from NVC

Dec. 20, 2007 overnighted I864 packet to NVC

Thanks for this. It helps alot. WOW some folks got a case complete only 2 days after the DS230 was entered. i'm praying for one of those situations.

Congrats have not been on here for awhile and good to see some progress - was in UK with hubbie for awhile since tax transcripts were taking forever and could not go further - I am so happy for you and your mate
