I obtained a provisional resident card on the basis of marriage during which time I had provided my in-laws address on the paperwork as we lived with them. Subsequently, my wife and I bought an apartment so we have ample evidence to prove our marital relationship such as mortgage, utilities, auto loan, auto insurance etc but all of them indicate our new address. We have few documents that list my in-laws address on them. Now that I'm about to file the form I-751, i'm not sure whether to list my in-laws address or list our new address on the form. Though I feel that we should still be able to use my in-laws address since this will remain as our permanent address, I wonder whether furnishing supporting documents listing our new address would attract unnecessary suspicion. On the other hand, if I use my new address on the I-751, would I need to file some sort of change of address form? I'm not sure what approach to take. Please advice.

You should list your new address and include in I-751 package a simple letter which would state a previous address and new one.

I also think you need to send in AR11 for address change - you need to make sure and do it every time you move. Its a strict requirement. Good Luck
