civil surgeon = general surgery?

hello :)

I am looking in my health insurance and the accredited doctors and I know that I should get my vaccine with the internal medicine doctor since I am an adult already and I should ask a surgeon to transfer my records?

Has anyone used a doctor who practices general surgery to transfer the records? :)

Maybe anyone who has the same experience as I do will be able to help me...

You can get any doctor or clinic to give you the necessary vaccinations, but only a Civil Surgeon who is officially authorized by USCIS is allowed to transfer the information about the vaccinations to the proper form. Definitely call around to the different Civil Surgeons listed in your area - some of them won't do just a transfer but insist on a new medical. You don't need a new medical, just the transfer of information so make sure that you find a Civil Surgeon who understands that.
