my mother's passport has two names like this:

Sur Name: ABCABCABC

Given Names: XYZXYZXYZ

but in birth certificate i have my mother name (SURNAME)

my question is: is that okay if i submit with I-130 with SURNAME on my birth certificate ?

and in my I-130 form there C 1: i gave the SURNAME

and in C 7: which says: (Other Name used including madien name)

i answered: GIVEN NAME

is that going to be problem ?

PS: when i was applied for my GC i used the same birth certificate.

i'm USC.

thanks for any help.

I think that is exactly what you should do.

Good luck.

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

Exactly what you said.......

surname and list given name as other names used. I would do this because of the birth certificate.

but in my birth certificate i have only surname... there is no given name

i understand what i have written in i-130 is correct but in other words my birth certificate is missing the given name.. is that be okay or more problems in future?
