I DONT KNOW WHY DHS IN MY AREA GIVE ME FORM 1-864EZ I THINK ITS THE SHORTER VERSION OF 1-864 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FORM.IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME UNDERSTAND TO FILL UP THIS FORM? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.THANK YOU SO MUCH,AND GOD BLESS.
