Shall I send the I-864 NOW

Hey Guys,

Wish you all the best. Actually I needed your guidance as I just checked my NVC message and it says that the "...NVC has received the DS3032, Choice of Agent and Address form on______. and will send further instructions within the next few weeks..."

Please advise what should I do now. Should I send the I-864 documents now. Also, how to pay the IV bill and when to pay.

I would be grateful for your help. Thank You

Not yet. Find out from NVC, if they have generated your affidavit of support (I-864) packet. When did you send them the AOS Fee?

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Then it is too early to mail I-864 packet. They have to process the AOS fee first and then generate the I-864 packet after which you can send your I-864 packet. In order to pay the IV bill, try to get the IIN number from NVC.
