Last Name Typo due to Montreal

Last Friday (02MY08), my fiance received a notice from Montreal stating that, due to an error somewhere, they had three (3) different spellings of her last name! She had to fill out some forms and mail them into Montreal. I double-checked all our submitted paperwork, and WE did not mis-type or mis-print her name, but rather Montreal mis-typed her last name on Packet #3 (submitted 02AP08) - which she made them aware of at the time.

So does anyone know if this knocks us back down to the bottom of the interview waiting list? Or if our "spot in line" is reserved due to the glitch being on their part? Any suggestions?
