Good Morning;

I have a quick question. In 2005 I co-sponsored my sister's husband for their I-130. Will that affect me since I'm at the end of the K-1 process and have an interview scheduled for next month. I know I have to disclose it on the I-134. Their case is not complete yet, he has to go before a Judge, since he had an asylum claim before. They were to go before and Judge but my sister has been in the hospital since April and the Judge extended the case until September. I make well over the proverty line to support 4 or more persons. I'm thinking I should be safe.

There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore... and who always will.

So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.

As long as you make enough money to support you and yours and them, you will be fine.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Yeah! I'm covered. Thanks JG -- now let me see if I can find the guidelines again.

Hey T. (lady you chat more suss than Kimmy...Platinum member in 2 months...geez :D )

You should be okay as long as you meet the guidelines for 4 people. Are you planning on having more kids in the next 10 years? I would think that would be the only time it may become a little tight for you. Belated Congrats on your approval as well. I remember how much I howled at your reaction to your NOA1. LMAO.

Take care.

Thanks baby girl. I want to have 2 more. I wish I had 10 years to spare. :lol: I'll be 47 then. I'll be 38 in a few weeks and my CLOCK is about to SHUT down. Dang, when I had my C-Section I was trying to get the doctors to give me a TUMMY TUCK and tie my tubes the same time...the did neither of them and just laughed. My fiance wants 2 kids since he doesn't have any. I told him I'll agree to 1. It took 10 years to get my loving son and it was a tough fight to the end.

Tight only if you actually would have to support all those people. The one's you co-signed on, hopefully, it never comes to that.
